Chat Assistant, Zendesk, and Customer Support Tools

AFI Furnishings may use website chat, customer support, help desk, social media messaging, and related communication tools to respond to customer questions and provide support.

Our website may include a chat assistant operated by Resolve AI. If you interact with the chat assistant, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, account information, product questions, order-related details, or other information needed to assist you. You may also be asked to create or use an account through the chat assistant experience. Information you provide through the chat assistant may be collected and processed by Resolve AI and may be subject to Resolve AI’s own terms, privacy policy, and data practices.

AFI Furnishings may use information submitted through the chat assistant to respond to your request, provide customer support, follow up regarding your inquiry, improve support quality, and manage order-related or product-related questions.

AFI Furnishings also uses Zendesk to manage customer service communications. Customers do not need to create a Zendesk account to contact AFI Furnishings; however, information you provide through customer service channels may be stored and managed in Zendesk. This may include your name, email address, phone number, social media handle, order information, shipping information, product details, photos or documents you provide, and the content of your customer service messages.

If you contact us through social media, we may receive and use information from that interaction to respond to your message, provide customer support, address order or product questions, and manage the customer service relationship. Your use of social media platforms is also subject to those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies.

AFI Furnishings may send emails related to your orders, account, customer service requests, product reviews, abandoned carts, or other interactions with our website.
