Warranty Coverage Overview

AFI Furnishings stands behind the quality and safety of our products. Our limited warranty covers eligible structural, workmanship, or material defects for one year from the time you receive the product in your home.

If AFI Furnishings determines that an issue is covered under warranty, we may repair or replace the product at our discretion. If repair is impractical, a replacement product of the same or similar color, design, style, and quality may be provided.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase, and coverage applies to the original purchaser of products purchased from AFI Furnishings or an authorized retailer.

Damage that occurs during delivery or setup in your home is not covered under the warranty and should be addressed with the party making delivery.

No. Minor variations in color, wood grain, or construction may occur because of craftsmanship or the use of natural materials. These natural variations, including differences from floor samples or printed illustrations, are not covered by the warranty.

Seasonal wood movement on solid wood products and checking on veneer tops are also considered normal and are not warranty issues.

No. This warranty applies only to products purchased for normal indoor household use. It does not apply to resale, commercial use, rental use, business use, institutional use, or other non-residential use.

No. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchase of new products from AFI Furnishings or authorized retailers.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized resellers on third-party websites, are not covered. Products purchased through auctions, unauthorized sellers, or other third-party resale sources may not be eligible for warranty, return, exchange, or replacement support.

No. Products designated “as is” at the time of purchase, floor models, and products sold by unauthorized resellers are not covered by this warranty.

Yes. Product modifications made by a dealer, consumer, or any party not authorized by AFI Furnishings will void the warranty.

To request warranty support, please Contact Us or the authorized dealer where you purchased the product.

When submitting a claim, include your original sales receipt, order information, place of purchase, product information, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected area.

After a claim is submitted, AFI Furnishings may need to inspect the product to determine whether a manufacturing defect exists.

If inspection at the AFI Furnishings warehouse is required, transportation of the product to the warehouse is the purchaser’s responsibility.

If AFI Furnishings determines that a covered warranty issue exists, AFI Furnishings may repair or replace the product at its discretion.
