Important Purchase Terms
By placing an order with AFI Furnishings, you acknowledge and agree to the following important purchase terms:
- Free standard shipping applies only to eligible orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be returned in their original cartons.
- Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers may use a carrier of their choice or request a prepaid return label from AFI Furnishings. If a prepaid return label is requested, the cost will be provided upfront and deducted from the refund.
- Damaged or defective item requests require photos before the request can be reviewed.
- Warranty coverage is limited and applies to eligible manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, subject to the terms of the AFI Furnishings limited warranty.
- Products purchased through another retailer, marketplace, auction, unauthorized seller, or other third-party resale source may be subject to different policies or may not be eligible for return, exchange, warranty, or replacement support through AFI Furnishings.

Shipping & Delivery
AFI Furnishings offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after submission. Processing and delivery timing may vary based on product availability, order volume, destination, carrier scheduling, and the shipping method used.
Orders may ship by parcel carrier or freight delivery. Some items may ship in multiple boxes, and boxes from the same order may arrive separately or on different delivery dates.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations, free standard shipping does not apply. Please contact us before placing your order so our team can review the destination and provide available shipping information.

Address Changes and Cancellations
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible after they are placed. If you need to request an address change, order change, or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible to be changed or canceled.
AFI Furnishings is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To start a return or exchange request for an item purchased directly from afifurnishings.com, please contact us through our Contact Us page. All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email.
Eligible items must be returned in their original cartons and arrive back to us in like-new condition, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers may return the item using a carrier of their choice or request a prepaid return label from AFI Furnishings. If a prepaid return label is requested, the return label cost will be provided upfront and deducted from the refund.
Shipping charges and taxes are credited in accordance with applicable state laws and may not be refundable.
AFI Furnishings is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or with another issue, please contact us so our team can review your request.
Photos of the product, packaging, damaged area, defective area, or missing part issue may be required before a return, exchange, warranty, or replacement request can be reviewed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective and you do not want a replacement, AFI Furnishings will provide a return label once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
AFI Furnishings may require additional information to review the request, including order number, place of purchase, shipping ZIP code, product information, description of the issue, and photos.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Mattresses
- Pillows
- Final sale items
- Items purchased through auction or unauthorised sellers
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Purchases from Other Retailers or Marketplaces
If your item was purchased from another retailer or marketplace, returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacement requests should first be started through the original place of purchase.

Warranty coverage may vary by product and applies only to eligible products purchased by the original purchaser from AFI Furnishings or an authorized retailer.
Warranty support may require proof of purchase, product information, a description of the issue, and photos. AFI Furnishings may repair or replace covered products at its discretion.
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, improper care, improper assembly, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, commercial or rental use, products purchased “as is,” floor samples, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers or auction sources.
