Return & Exchange Policy Overview

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt for eligible items purchased directly from afifurnishings.com. 

Items must be returned in their original cartons and in like-new condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Customers may use a carrier of their choice or request a prepaid return label from AFI Furnishings. If a prepaid label is requested, the cost will be provided upfront and deducted from the refund.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page. Photos are required for damaged or defective items before a request can be reviewed.

A manufacturer defect is an issue in workmanship or materials that makes the product not reasonably safe or prevents it from functioning as intended.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidental damage, or damage that occurs after delivery may not qualify as a manufacturer defect.
