If you need to return an item that you have purchased on our website (afifurnishings.com) for any reason, we’re here to help. If you need to return an item that you purchased from any other retailer, please contact them directly.

RETURN POLICY

AFI stands behind the quality of our products and guarantees our furniture to be free of manufacturer defect*. If you experience any manufacturer defects, you may return your furniture purchase for a full product refund within 30 days from your date of delivery.

Unfortunately, shipping charges and taxes will be credited in accordance with state laws and cannot be refunded. Returns must be in their original packaging so that they arrive back to us in like-new condition.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. AFI Furnishings will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
