    1. Fill out this form and click submit to begin the process of returning your order. An email of this form will be sent to your email address. Please print the email to include with your return. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days with further instruction on processing your return.
    2. Print out a copy of your Order Confirmation as your receipt and proof of purchase with atlanticfurniture.com – you can find it in your order confirmation email. Please note that your Order Confirmation is required for processing any returns, exchanges, or store credit.
    3. Place your item(s) along with your Order Confirmation and this form into a sealed box or package.
    4. To ship your package:
      a. You may use any parcel service provider to send your item(s) to Atlantic Furniture. Atlantic Furniture will not assume transport charges for any items returned.
      b. Address the packing slip and package to ship to:

    5. Please note, you must complete the above portion of the Return Label including your name, address, zip code, contact information, and reason for return.
    6. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be subject to Atlantic Furniture’s Limited Warranty, Delivery Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
    7. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after it has been received. Once your refund has been processed, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided when your order was placed.
